The APC vision for 2020 is “20/20 Vision.”

Acts 20:20 tells us, “I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house.” Our mission as an Apostolic Church is “seeking and saving” through the gospel, salvation, evangelism, discipleship. Our vision flows out of that mission and incorporates the following:

 

  • 20/20 Vision: Seeing what you should see.

 

  • 20/20 Spiritual Vision: To see what God wants us to see; having the ability to see who and what is around us.

 

  • A God-Given Vision: God and His Word are the eye charts needed to assess our vision versus vision from our own minds (Jeremiah 23:16).
    • We will get our vision from His Word, His Spirit, and through prayer and fasting.
    • We will make a renewed effort 1) to read and see His Word as He intends, and 2) to commit to prayer in order to see what He wants us to see.
    • We will see His vision because He wants us to see His vision!
